Urban Growth maintains a strong on site job presence and believes that a truly successful project is achieved by open communication with the customer, architect, designer and all others involved in the project. In order to ensure the highest level of quality and meet the needs and demands involved in this “hands-on” approach to building, Urban Growth limits jobs in progress to three on average, based on location, size and scope of work.

A true family run business, Urban Growth, Inc. is led by Founder and Director of Operations, John Falcione, who delivers more than 30 years in the construction industry to his clients. Having designed and built his first custom home when he was 22, his longstanding relationships with the most skilled and experienced trades ensure the sustainability and quality of each and every project that Urban Growth builds.
John’s son, John Anthony, was named an owner of the company in 2012 and has maintained the company's reputation as one of the premier contractors in Arizona. He is currently learning the construction business from the ground up, taking the company into the second generation of home builders and contractors.
Together, their proven expertise in superior construction quality and dedicated customer care has distinguished them as the premier choice for the most discerning of clientele.
Customer service and communication are the hallmarks of their professionally managed projects. Because John has been building in the Phoenix area for more than 23 years, he has the advantage of being able to navigate the various county and city approval processes, which can help deliver projects on time and on budget.
